One of the most important and useful small appliances in the kitchen is a good strong well made high performance blender. So if you want a good strong quality built blender, why not buy a blender with a decent sized motor. Many people find the blenders they have in their home are under powered and can not cope with making a smooth puree or making crushed ice drinks. The Kitchen Genie High Performance Blender is the answer to your problem with its well built 1500 watt motor. A Blender is an electric appliance for mashing and mixing food ingredients like tomatoes, onions, peppers, etc. It can also be used as a food mixer. Most blenders claim they can be used to create crushed ice and for making smoothies but not all blenders are created equal. If the electric motor is not powerful enough you’ll never get the crushed ice you want or the texture will be lumpy and worse still you’ll end up burning out the motor.
