We ensure prompt and timely delivery of exact and original product ordered. Below are our delivery timeline:
- ALL LAGOS CITIES (excluding, Epe, Badagry, Ikorodu): 1 – 3 Business days
- ABUJA and PORTHARCOURT: 3 – 5 Business days
- DELTA, EDO, and ALL OTHER SOUTHWEST STATES: 3 – 7 Business days
- ALL OTHER NIGERIAN CITIES ( including Epe, Badagry, Ikorodu): 5 -7 Business days
NOTE: Business days are from Mondays to Fridays. Delivery timeline may extend as a result of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, mechanical errors etc.
We offer the best shipping rates to all our customers to ensure you always smile whenever you shop with us.

NOTE: Packages from 10kg – 30kg attracts an extra fee of 2000 Naira.
Per additional 10kg, an extra fee of 1000 naira will be charged
PAY ON DELIVERY (POD) and PREPAID LOCATIONS
We offer pay on delivery services to ALL LAGOS CITIES (excluding, Epe, Badagry, Ikorodu) only.
Prepaid option is available to all Nigerian states.
NOTE: For orders with value up to One hundred Thousand naira, a deposit of At least 50 percent MUST be made

We always ensure you have a smooth and happy experience shopping with us. In the rare case where you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and Refund/replacement policy.
You are eligible to return an item within 72 hours (3 days) from the time of delivery if we delivered a wrong, damaged or defective item,
Item MUST be in its original packaging including all accessories.
Manufacturers seal must not be broken or tampered with.
Ensure products are not dented or stained.
For electronics, always ensure to read products user manual before first operation.
To initiate a return, send a mail with reason(s) for return to firstname.lastname@example.org
Include pictures/videos to the e-mail as a means of evidence.
We will contact you and advice on mode of return.
You will receive 100% refund for your item within 24hrs once we receive the returned package.
In the case of a replacement, we will deliver another product to you at no extra charge.
Items not eligible for Returns
Products damaged due to misuse
Underwear, adult toys, perfumes, cosmetics, hair extensions and jewellery.
Product with tampered or missing serial Universal Product Code numbers (UPC).
Books and CDs
